Xavier Mongin is Global Director for the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise verticals sector. 2021 he is the worldwide head of Government, Defence, Smart cities & Smart buildings, based in Dubai where he was previously leading the Hospitality & Leisure global business.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the telecom and information technologies with various management positions in Marketing & Sales across several regions in the world including South-Eastern Europe, Africa, Turkey, India, Middle East.
Xavier is an excellent communicator with extensive experience in complex negotiations across diverse cultures. With a desire to share his experience and passion for innovation, he has co-founded a number of entrepreneurship ventures and mentored multiple start-ups.
Xavier is a member of the French Foreign Trade Advisors organization (CCEF, Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur de la France) and a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (CCI France UAE)
